01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at arabiandhowcruisedubai.com or making a booking with Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.

02 Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.

• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Full guest details (name, number of guests, date) must be provided at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
• Prices displayed are per person and subject to change without prior notice.

03 Payment Policy

Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of reservation. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

• Payment confirms your seat(s) on the cruise.
• Receipts or payment confirmations will be issued upon successful payment.
• Any promotional or discounted rates are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

04 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund or free rescheduling.
• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund. Rescheduling not guaranteed.
• No-shows: No refund will be issued.

05 Cruise Operations & Schedule

Cruises depart from Dubai Marina at the scheduled time. Guests are required to board at least 15 minutes prior to departure. Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel cruises due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.
• Alter the cruise route, timing, or programme without prior notice.
• Refuse boarding to guests who arrive after the departure time.

In the event of a cancellation initiated by us due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

06 Guest Conduct & Safety

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the cruise experience. The following rules apply:

• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by crew members at all times.
• Consumption of outside food or beverages is not permitted on board.
• Disruptive, aggressive, or offensive behaviour may result in immediate disembarkation without refund.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before boarding.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

07 Liability Disclaimer

Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by guests arising from:

• Personal injury or illness occurring on board or during embarkation/disembarkation.
• Loss or damage to personal property.
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, government regulations, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Guests board and participate in the cruise at their own risk. Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the booking.

08 Photography & Media

Photographs and videos taken on board may be shared publicly by Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our crew upon boarding.

Guests may take personal photographs for non-commercial use. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Arabian Dhow Cruise Dubai. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
